Establish the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to ensure standardization, harmonization, and simplification.
Define and manage core enterprise architecture artifacts (e.g., enterprise meta model, business capability maps, as-is/target landscapes).
Align strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to support transformation and innovation.
Lead architecture governance to control complexity, manage risks, and ensure solution interoperability.
5+ years’ experience in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes.
Proven track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business and IT outcomes.
Strong background in enterprise architecture governance, ensuring standardization, simplification, and risk control.
Demonstrated ability to develop and align strategic roadmaps with business and IT strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
Skilled at mapping complex solution landscapes to business needs and identifying optimization opportunities.
Collaborative leadership style, able to work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to maintain a holistic enterprise view.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate technical architecture into clear business narratives.
Experience in scaling architecture frameworks in large, complex, multinational organisations.
Fluent in English and German, written and verbal.
