Project Info:
You will be working as part of a cross-functional digital transformation team, supporting the implementation and enhancement of the client’s IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow. The project aims to modernize and automate IT operations using the ServiceNow platform in alignment with ITIL practices. Strong stakeholder engagement and rapid delivery of ITSM features will be expected.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Paris, hybrid
Travel Requirements: 1 day a week on site, 4 remote.
Minimum Experience: 4+ years ServiceNow ITSM development
