Overview:
Our client, a leading ServiceNow Consultancy, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a greenfield implementation of ServiceNow, with a focus on the ITOM module.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of a greenfield ServiceNow implementation, focusing on ITOM.
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Oversee integrations, configuration, and technical governance across the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide delivery teams to ensure best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with ITOM
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and integrating ITOM into wider ServiceNow capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, data sources) and enterprise-scale environments.
• Relevant certifications (CIS–ITOM, CTA) and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
