We're seeking a highly skilled VMware Specialist to join our dynamic infrastructure team. If you're passionate about virtualization, thrive in complex environments, and have a knack for precision, this is your chance to make a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the installation, configuration, and optimization of VMware vSphere environments

• Design and implement virtual infrastructure solutions across multiple data centres

• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to ensure seamless integration

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

• Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices for VMware deployments

• Support disaster recovery planning and execution using VMware technologies

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN

• Strong understanding of virtual networking, storage integration, and clustering

• Hands-on experience with VMware tools like vMotion, DRS, HA, and snapshots

• Familiarity with PowerCLI scripting and automation tools

• VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP) are a strong plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
   

🎯 Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Knowledge of backup solutions like Veeam or Commvault

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in virtual environments
