Technical Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Craft and refine messaging and positioning based on deep customer and market insights to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategy and execute product launches.
- Develop post-launch campaigns that drive feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
- Build sales enablement tools including messaging frameworks, training resources, and collateral to increase win rates and sales velocity.
- Lead competitive intelligence and market research efforts to support product differentiation and strategic planning.
- Drive content creation and marketing programs in collaboration with agency partners.
- Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
- Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives through segmentation strategies and personalized content.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (experience in home services or contractor-focused industries is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft simple, compelling stories.
- Proven success working in remote-first organizations and building relationships across distributed teams.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional project execution.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
