Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant (Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. This is a fully remote, long-term contract role working with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions (PPM, Demand, Project, Portfolio)
• Configure and customize modules, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer)
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs
• Perform data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-PPM/SPM)
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics
• Prior experience in enterprise-scale implementations
