Overview

We are supporting a key customer in Riyadh with an urgent requirement for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SME / Functional Consultant. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a consultant who can lead both the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM while positioning it as a true strategic decision-making platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions
• Translate business strategy into portfolio structures, roadmaps, and investment frameworks
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business outcomes
• Ensure SPM is leveraged as a strategic tool, not just an operational system

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow SPM SME / Functional Consultant
• Strong track record in end-to-end SPM design and implementation
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, demand management, and financial planning within ServiceNow
• Ability to translate complex business strategies into scalable platform solutions
