We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires strong architectural expertise across ITOM, ITSM, Security Operations and platform integrations, with particular depth in Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, APM and Vulnerability Response
• Design scalable architectural blueprints, technical roadmaps and target-state solutions
• Lead ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management implementations
• Ensure CMDB data, service relationships and discovery configurations remain accurate and up to date
• Architect integrations with platforms including Tanium, SCCM, JAMF, Micro Focus, AWS, Azure and GCP
• Lead discovery workshops and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Provide architectural governance across security, scalability, performance and maintainability
• Conduct technical assessments, design reviews and platform optimisation activities
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, business analysts and technical delivery teams
• Mentor developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Support platform roadmap development and advise on new ServiceNow releases, AI capabilities and emerging technologies
• Contribute to the development of reusable solutions and intellectual property

Required experience:

• Deep architectural experience across ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
• Strong experience across ITSM, SPM, APM, ITAM and Vulnerability Response
• At least two to three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as an Architect or Lead Consultant
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience designing complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs and out-of-the-box connectors
• Experience leading ServiceNow engagements from initial discovery through to delivery
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• CIS IT Service Management
• CIS ITOM Visibility
• Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred
