SAP CO Specialist (m/f/d) – S/4HANA Projects | Healthcare Sector

Overview:
Join the Digital revolution with an Industry leader As part of their SAP transformation journey, the company is seeking a driven SAP CO Specialist to support the rollout and optimization of SAP S/4HANA controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing controlling (CO) processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Plan and implement SAP S/4HANA CO solutions, ensuring configurations meet business and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for functional departments regarding SAP CO functionality and process optimization.

• Provide end-user support and deliver SAP CO training across business units.

• Collaborate closely with internal SAP colleagues (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process integration and maintain high solution quality.

• Monitor compliance with SLAs, timelines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in controlling, cost accounting, or as a SAP CO key user.

• Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO; knowledge of CO-PA is a significant advantage.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Strong analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, and solid communication and problem-solving skills.
