Senior SAP BI Analytics consultant

Our client is a growing boutique consultancy supporting international clients in the DACH region with process transformation and SAP S/4HANA projects. Their expertise covers corporate management, performance optimization, finance & controlling, robotic process automation (RPA), process digitalization, supply chain, and project management.

As a specialist in SAP BW/BI and/or DWC (Datasphere), you will support leading corporations in solving diverse challenges, particularly in digitalization with a focus on controlling and finance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and consult on technical requirements, develop and implement planning and reporting solutions.

  • Adapt existing reporting concepts to new system solutions (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Intelligence, Datasphere).

  • Carry out technical implementations in BW systems and analysis tools.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, functional and technical conception, and accompany projects from design to go-live.

  • Collaborate with project management and contribute to decision-making documentation for senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, present results, and develop blueprints/mock-ups with clients.

  • Support SAP BW migration projects, test integrated processes, validate data, and document using tools such as Confluence or HP ALM.

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP BW and/or DWC/Datasphere implementation experience.

  • Previous consulting experience in industries such as industrial, retail, or telecom.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, structured approach, initiative, and independence.

  • Multiple project experiences in SAP BW.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

  • A flexible, creative team player with confidence, professionalism, and a positive, constructive attitude.
