Senior SAP ABAP Developer
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the design and definition of templates and design samples
- Implement testing and authorization concepts based on defined specifications
- Execute development activities in line with specifications, including the creation of test cases for integration testing
- Ensure compliance of all implementation activities with the agreed application architecture and internal regulations
- Develop and deliver implementation packages that meet programming requirements
- Work closely with application architects to ensure consistent and cohesive customization across the system
- Review, implement, and coordinate the technical aspects of assigned projects
- Contribute to the creation of IT specifications and documentation
- Define technical implementation details within the context of design specifications
- Guide and support developers, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices in implementation methods
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT development
- Strong development experience in ABAP (Object-Oriented)
- Proficiency in SAP UI5, SAP FIORI, SAP BTP, and JavaScript is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with SAP form development (SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
- Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques (e.g., BAdIs, Enhancements, Customer Functions)
- Experience in interface development (e.g., IDocs)
- Solid knowledge of SAP Rapid Application Programming, Core Data Services (CDS), and OData services
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
