Founding Product Manager (NYC, In-Person)
About the Role
We’re looking for our first dedicated Product Manager to help shape a fast-moving company at the intersection of AI, consumer tech, and modern financial tools. You’ll play a critical role in defining the product roadmap, leading AI-driven initiatives, and building a strong product culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, across core consumer experiences
Lead applied AI product development — including shipping agentic workflows that are useful, not gimmicky
Work closely with the founding team to shape roadmap, strategy, and team structure
Partner tightly with engineering to balance tradeoffs across LLM infrastructure, latency, cost, and performance
Define and track clear success metrics (OKRs, attribution, adoption)
Drive product marketing efforts and work closely with go-to-market teams
Establish a product culture focused on speed, quality, and data-backed decisions
Talk to customers often — and translate insights into focused, strategic bets
Challenge assumptions and elevate standards across design, growth, and engineering
Who You Are
4–8 years experience as a Product Manager or engineer with strong product instincts
Proven track record building and shipping high-quality consumer products
Experience working closely with engineers and designers in fast-paced environments
Comfortable taking ownership, making hard calls, and holding a high bar for execution
Strong communication skills and a knack for simplifying complexity
