About the Role

A growing innovation lab is building next-generation interfaces that help users interact with large-scale, AI-driven data insights. They're looking for a Product Designer with strong UX engineering skills to craft intuitive, explainable, and action-oriented experiences from complex machine reasoning.

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, usable interfaces that distill complexity into clarity

• Collaborate with AI researchers, domain specialists, and engineers to turn emerging capabilities into real product features

• Prototype rapidly, with a focus on interactive data visualizations

• Own design from early concepts to polished UI/UX

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing for complex, data-rich systems

• Strong portfolio with examples of leading design from zero to launch

• Comfortable working hybrid in NYC (2–3 days/week)
