Scrum Master – CISO Portfolio Management
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month in office – Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, or London)
Contract: 1-year, extendable

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a cybersecurity-focused team supporting the Chief Information Security Office (CISO). This team ensures the highest standards of cybersecurity and data protection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) to maximize team value delivery.

• Coach the team to be self-organized, cross-functional, and continuously improving.

• Help manage impediments, identify risks, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

• Track and analyse KPIs to support team performance and agile transformation.

• Ensure deliverables meet guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or project manager, preferably in cybersecurity or IT projects.

• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end (1,000–3,000 man-days).

• Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to navigate fast-changing environments and drive results.

• Professional-level English.

• Experience with Identity & Access Management/Logical Access Management projects.

Preferred:

• Scrum Master certifications (CSP, PSM)
• Familiarity with technical concepts and Information Security technologies.
• Knowledge of SailPoint is a plus.
