SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant – London (Hybrid) – Market Rate – Inside IR35
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant for an urgent SOW-based engagement with one of our key clients in London. This is a hybrid contract role requiring at least 2 days onsite.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, ensuring smooth integration with Employee Central and compliance with UK payroll standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP ECP configuration, integration, and payroll processing.
• Manage schema and rules configuration, wage types, and payroll cycles.
• Oversee hiring, termination, and compensation management processes.
• Collaborate on replication and integration setups between EC and ECP.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide go-live support.
• Ensure UK payroll compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years total SAP experience, including 3–5 full lifecycle SAP ECP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECP Payroll, including schema/rules and configuration.
• Solid knowledge of SAP EC, including foundation objects, time management, and RBPs.
• Replication and integration experience (Employee data, CPI, field mapping).
• Familiarity with UK payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in complex payroll environments (e.g. public sector, retail, manufacturing).

Preferred / Desired

• Hands-on implementation experience is essential – not project management or support-only profiles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
