We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules. This role requires a deep understanding of HR business processes and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Oversee system integration between EC and ECP, and with other SAP or third-party systems.
Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure timely defect resolution.
Provide functional guidance and support for ongoing operations and enhancements.
Work closely with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure optimal process alignment and system performance.
Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, particularly across multiple geographies.
Proven experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle EC and/or ECP implementations.
Excellent understanding of integration architecture between EC and ECP (Point-to-Point and/or middleware).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in EC and/or ECP is highly desirable.
Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time Management, LMS).
Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance in HR systems.
