Requirements Description: SuccessFactors Consultants 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to HR processes.

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, or Compensation.to a user base of 11,000.

• Configure and customise SuccessFactors modules based on client specifications.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide user support during and after go-live.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll, S/4HANA).

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and system configurations in line with project standards
