We’re Hiring: Design and Optimisation RAN Engineer

Location: Bucharest

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Are you a passionate and experienced Design and Optimisation RAN Engineer with a solid background in radio access networks (RAN)? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a 12-month contract and make a tangible impact on a key telecommunications project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and optimise RAN solutions to improve network performance and coverage.
• Conduct network performance analysis and identify areas for optimisation.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and integration of RAN solutions.
• Implement and maintain network optimisation strategies for both 4G and 5G technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network design, performance, and optimisation.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RAN design and optimisation, specifically in the telecoms sector.
• Experience with 4G and 5G technologies.
• Proficiency with different vendors.
• Hands-on experience with network planning, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of KPIs and network performance metrics.
• Relevant degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent is desirable
