Next Ventures seeks an experienced Low Code (Preferably PEGA) Business Architect or Analyst, with fluent German language skills, to work on a key project in Hybrid Mode for its client in Vienna.

PEGA Business Analyst (SBA) 
Roles & Responsibilities
• Extend and utilize standards and frameworks for implementation with Pega
• Planning and analysis for the implementation of extending broker sales functionalities
• Clear project documentation and definition of requirements
• Create, review and estimate designs for integration solutions with Solution Architects
• Prepare rollouts to production / support production
• Management Consulting on strategic product topics
• Work as part of an agile team to deliver solutions to multiple departments
Required Skills
• 3-5+ years professional experience in development with Business Analysis or Software Development (preferably Low-Code Development such as Pega)
•Data Analytics (e.g., Power BI, Reporting, SQL)
• Expertise in technical architecture
• Expert understanding of SOAP, REST Architectures and customer centric service development
• Familiarity with Build Tools and CI/CD
• Competence in Integration Testing and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Experience in Agile software development and tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• German & English skills (at least B2)
