Partner – Digital, Data & AI Transformation (m/f/d)

The Opportunity

This role is designed for an industry leader with an established market reputation, a strong commercial network and a proven track record of delivering transformational outcomes.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, private equity investors and board-level stakeholders, helping organisations unlock value through digital transformation, AI, data, customer experience and technology-enabled growth initiatives.

Beyond client delivery, you will play a critical role in expanding the firm's market presence, winning strategic engagements and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and grow a significant portfolio of strategic client relationships.
  • Lead complex business development activities from initial market engagement through to successful deal closure.
  • Originate and close high-value transformation programmes across private equity, portfolio company and enterprise environments.
  • Build long-term relationships with CEOs, Founders, Investors, Private Equity Operating Partners and Board members.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute directly to the firm's commercial performance and strategic expansion.

Client Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on digital transformation, AI adoption, operating model design and value creation initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
  • Support clients in identifying and capturing growth opportunities through technology, data and AI.
  • Provide executive-level guidance during critical business transformation and change initiatives.
  • Influence key strategic decisions at board and investor level.

Practice Development

  • Help define the future direction of the business and contribute to overall growth strategy.
  • Develop new service offerings aligned to emerging market trends and client demand.
  • Build thought leadership and market visibility within your specialist domain.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders across the organisation.
  • Support recruitment and team-building initiatives to strengthen the firm's capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Leadership Profile

  • Significant experience operating at Partner, Managing Director, Principal or equivalent leadership level within a leading consulting, strategy, technology or digital transformation environment.
  • Recognised industry expert with an established professional network and strong market credibility.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-level client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable business impact.

Commercial Excellence

  • Strong business development capability with a history of originating and winning significant consulting or transformation engagements.
  • Experience managing substantial revenue portfolios and contributing directly to business growth.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and convert strategic relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses, practices and teams.
