Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Inventory Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of the Inventory module for a healthcare client. The consultant will be responsible for delivering design workshops, documenting solutions, configuring the application, and supporting all phases of the project lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and the project team to ensure a successful deployment aligned with business requirements.

Skills & experience:

  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS Inventory module implementations (preferably 12.2)
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS integration points (Purchasing, Payables, etc.)
  • Hands-on configuration and solution design for Inventory processes
  • Experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolution
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate functional design workshops for Oracle Inventory
  • Document solution design in the Solution Design Document (SDD)
  • Conduct application walkthroughs and prototype solution builds
  • Configure Oracle Inventory and resolve functional defects throughout project phases
  • Support system and integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide guidance on data migration
  • Collaborate with client teams for requirements gathering, solution validation, and knowledge transfer
  • Advise on best practices for standard Oracle reporting and security
  • Participate in project governance, status updates, and risk/issue management
