We’re looking for a hands-on Functional Project Manager to lead the business and change side of a large ERP programme.
This is not a purely administrative PM role. We need someone who drives outcomes, keeps teams accountable, and ensures the business is ready to adopt change. You’ll work closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery and make sure the programme lands successfully across the organisation.
This role requires a strong people focus – someone who builds trust, collaborates naturally, and brings teams together to get things done.
Lead the functional and business change workstreams
Drive requirements, workshops, and solution alignment with stakeholders
Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate across functional teams and SMEs
Ensure business readiness, adoption, and process alignment
Track delivery progress and hold teams accountable to milestones
Work within established programme frameworks and methodologies
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Proven experience managing ERP or large transformation programmes
Strong functional background (Finance)
Experience leading business change and stakeholder engagement
Structured delivery approach (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable being onsite and working closely with users
