Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Primavera Business Consultant to lead the implementation, integration, migration, and configuration of Primavera Unifier for a large-scale retail transformation programme. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment across 200–300 retail sites.

The consultant will be the key bridge between business teams and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are tailored to operational needs and aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Primavera implementation end-to-end, including setup, integration, migration, and configuration.

• Collaborate with business users to capture, analyse, and prioritise requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional solutions within Primavera.

• Support change management and ensure business adoption of new processes.

• Provide expertise on Primavera best practices for multi-site retail operations.

• Act as the offshore lead consultant, with periodic onsite presence in Düsseldorf (initial kick-off/mobilisation + every 4–6 weeks).

• Ensure smooth migration of legacy processes into Primavera.

• Support project governance, reporting, and progress tracking.
