• Overview:

  We are seeking a technical Oracle HCM Consultant to join a global HR transformation programme. The successful candidate will support the live Oracle Core HR system, focusing on technical maintenance, reporting, and post-go-live enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a small but dedicated internal team, contributing to the long-term success of a multi-country Oracle HCM rollout.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR)

• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts)

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with internal and external teams

• Support system enhancements, data loads, and integration tasks

• Participate in discussions around Compensation, Journeys, and future Recruiting module implementations

• Ensure system reliability and performance post go-live
