Summary Description: We’re seeking an experienced Workday Student Contractor to support ongoing configuration, optimization, and production support within the Workday Student module. This role will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to enhance student lifecycle processes and ensure seamless system performance.

Requirements Description:

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Workday Student configuration and support.

• Strong understanding of higher education processes and student lifecycle management.

• Experience with integrations, reporting (EIB, Core Connectors, or BIRT), and business process configuration.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Workday certification preferred but not required.

Tasks Description: 

• Configure and support core Workday Student functionality, including Academic Advising, Student Records, Curriculum Management, Financials, and Admissions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document changes, and implement new features or enhancements.

• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop long-term solutions.

• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts.

• Collaborate with integration teams on data flows between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., TouchNet, Salesforce, Slate).

• Support testing cycles, including UAT, regression, and post-production validation.
