Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Support Lead
Contract Length: 6 months

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support Lead to provide post-go-live support for a public sector organisation that has recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors. This role will be critical in stabilising the system, supporting end users, and driving continuous improvement across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day support operations for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system issues, escalations, and stakeholder queries.
  • Manage and prioritise incident and service request queues, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical teams to resolve defects and system issues.
  • Support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams.
  • Identify and implement system improvements and optimisation opportunities.
  • Ensure system governance, data integrity, and compliance with public sector standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a post-go-live environment.
  • Strong understanding of core modules, particularly Employee Central.
  • Experience working within the public sector or similarly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead support teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g. CPI, Boomi).
  • Exposure to payroll integration and reporting/analytics tools.
