About the Role

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of operations, product, and engineering. The focus is on driving customer activation—from signed contract to delivering first value—as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Rather than relying on traditional customer success models, this role is designed for someone who can build scalable systems, automations, and workflows to support growth. You will own a small set of accounts to stay close to the customer experience while primarily focusing on creating repeatable, high-leverage processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement automations, internal tools, and AI-driven workflows to scale onboarding and support
• Own the end-to-end customer activation process, from initial setup through first value delivery
• Manage a select group of customer accounts to maintain direct insight into user needs
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
• Develop structured playbooks and scalable processes for onboarding and support
• Contribute to building and scaling the customer function, including hiring and managing support resources over time

Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally in operations, strategy, product, or a similar role
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them to build workflows or solutions
• Proven ability to build systems and processes that scale
• Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments where ambiguity is high
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently

Preferred Background

• Experience at an early-stage startup, in consulting, or in a highly analytical role
• Exposure to building or implementing AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
