About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 2–6 years of full-stack experience (or deep expertise in one modern programming language) who’s excited about building at an early-stage company. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally and have a track record of driving impact through technical ownership and initiative. Bonus if you’ve had exposure to customers or external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to understand requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions

• Write clean, extensible code and participate in code reviews to help maintain high engineering standards

• Lead technical design conversations and contribute to documentation and architectural decisions

• Work across the stack — from frontend to backend and infrastructure — depending on what’s needed

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude) to accelerate development and help drive adoption of these tools across the team

• Share technical knowledge and promote best practices across the engineering organization

• Contribute feedback on product, process, and culture as the team evolves

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of professional experience in full-stack engineering (or strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language)

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects forward in ambiguous environments
