About the Role

We’re looking for a senior engineering leader to help shape the future of a fast-growing platform in the healthcare and services space. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful problems at scale while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build scalable, secure, compliance-ready platform features spanning onboarding, session delivery, billing, and outcome tracking.

• Define long-term technical strategy with reusable, modular services, APIs, and data pipelines to support rapid product iteration and growth.

• Deliver high-quality code by championing testing, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring-driven production systems.

• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship across levels.

• Partner with product, design, data, and operations teams to translate user needs into impactful features.

• Lead technical discussions, author design and architecture docs, and guide peers in decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and developer productivity.

• Own complex escalations, troubleshoot critical system issues, and ensure uptime for customer-facing services.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years of experience as a full-stack or backend-leaning engineer, including 3+ years in senior or principal-level roles.

• Strong technical leadership, with experience guiding teams through complex projects.

• Background in building secure, large-scale systems.
