 Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP EWM Lead Consultant for an S/4HANA Upgrade Programme RFP. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and drive system optimization, ensuring seamless integration with MM, WM, SD, TM, and PP.

Project Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
SAP EWM Implementation & Optimization
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP EWM solutions from warehouse design to execution.
  • Lead EWM transition from SAP WM, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
  • Optimize material flow, order fulfilment, and transportation integration.
  • Ensure batch traceability and compliance with industry regulations.

Cross-Module Integration & Expertise
  • SAP MM – Material master data, procurement processes, and EWM integration.
  • SAP WM – Legacy WM knowledge and migration strategies to EWM.
  • SAP SD – Sales order processing and inventory management alignment.
  • SAP TM – Transportation planning and warehouse process integration.
  • SAP PP – Production scheduling, material flow, and manufacturing-WMS connectivity.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead a team of SAP EWM specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define SAP EWM strategic direction, aligning with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Industry Expertise – Consumer goods 
  • Deep understanding of high-volume inventory management & complex supply chains.
  • Specialized knowledge in batch traceability, production planning & warehouse operations.
  • Experience in SAP solutions tailored for the beverage industry, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 8-10 years of SAP EWM experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
🔹 Proven track record of SAP EWM implementations & optimizations.
🔹 Expertise in SAP MM, WM, SD, TM, and PP with strong integration knowledge.
🔹 Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop team capabilities.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Industry experience is highly preferred.
