Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Pega along with the ability to communicate effectively in German and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Pega-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in Pega development are followed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
• Design and implement case management, integration, and workflow solutions using Pega Platform.
• Ensure application quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to Pega guardrails.
• Mentor and guide development teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.
• Support deployment, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) – Mandatory.
• Fluency in German (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
• Strong experience in Pega 7.x/8.x platform, including case management and decisioning frameworks.
• Expertise in PRPC architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI development.
• Good understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Domain exposure to Travel Industry (Airlines, Railways, or Transport sectors).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations and stakeholder management.
