Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2+ days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months initial contract (extension likely)
Language: Dutch required

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a key Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a customer in Belgium.

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating technical and functional teams (onshore and nearshore), ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured governance, and the ability to drive momentum and accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full Oracle Fusion ERP project delivery lifecycle

• Own project planning, scope, budget, risks, and timelines

• Coordinate technical and functional teams (onshore and nearshore/offshore)

• Manage resources and capacity to ensure successful delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status reporting

• Ensure milestones, quality standards, and KPIs are met

• Identify risks/issues early and implement mitigation strategies

• Drive alignment between business, functional, and technical workstreams

• Ensure smooth handover to support and operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion ERP implementations

• Strong understanding of ERP delivery models and system integration projects

• Experience leading multi-stream technical and functional teams

• Solid knowledge of project governance, planning, and reporting frameworks

• Experience managing vendors/nearshore/offshore teams

• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

• Dutch language (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Able to work onsite in Brussels multiple days per week

Nice to Have

• Oracle Cloud / Fusion ERP certification

• Experience with public sector or large enterprise clients

• Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
