Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Lead

Location: Europe (Hybrid/Travel Required)
Contract: Long-term

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Lead to support a major global Oracle Cloud programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance transformation.
• Define and drive the Finance Target Operating Model.
• Ensure all design decisions align with business outcomes and value realisation.
• Carry Phase 1 decisions, artefacts, and governance into Phase 2 delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and the programme leadership team.
• Provide strategic oversight across business and solution workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global Oracle Fusion Finance transformations.
• Strong background in Finance operating model design and business transformation.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and programme leadership.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and large-scale ERP implementations.

This is a senior leadership role for a consultant who can bridge business transformation and Oracle Fusion delivery while ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
