Location: Hybrid (US preferred)

Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to join our delivery team and lead high-impact implementations for key clients. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to design and deliver scalable ERP solutions that align with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful deployments and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for enterprise clients
• Design and architect ERP solutions aligned with business processes and technical requirements
• Provide functional and technical leadership across modules such as Finance, PPM, and Supply Chain
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define optimal solutions
• Ensure seamless system integration, data flow, and performance optimization
• Guide teams on best practices, methodologies, and solution design standards
• Oversee documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high quality
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strategic recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect or similar ERP leadership role
• Strong expertise in ERP modules (Finance, PPM, Supply Chain, etc.) and integrations
• Solid background in cloud technologies, system integration, and database management
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and project delivery
• Deep understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
