As the Infrastructure Change & Release Manager, you are responsible for governing and coordinating all changes within the IT infrastructure landscape. Your focus is to maximize business value while minimizing risks to service availability, performance, and security. You ensure that all changes follow IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, are fully assessed, and are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Change Governance — Operate and mature the Change Management process, ensuring only approved changes progress through the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
Risk & Impact Assessment — Evaluate proposed changes for technical, operational, and security risks, ensuring service continuity and compliance.
Planning & Coordination — Review implementation, testing, and rollback plans. Coordinate with technical teams to minimize downtime and mitigate business impact.
Stakeholder Management — Communicate change schedules, risks, and impacts to stakeholders. Manage expectations and reduce resistance to change.
Documentation & Auditing — Maintain accurate change records, ensure audit readiness, and lead post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred).
Experience managing infrastructure‑level changes in complex environments.
Ability to assess technical and security risks with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on service stability and compliance.
