Tasks Description: ---
Develop, maintain, and implement compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure our total rewards approach supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
• Implementation of the new pension act.
🔹 Collaboration & Execution
• Partner with the local and global teams to design and administer compensation structures and benefits packages.
• Manage the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, budgeting, and salary/bonus reviews.
• Lead and/or contribute to projects that enhance our total rewards offering (e.g., pension, mobility, rewards communication).
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement.
🔹 Data & Insights
• Drive data-driven decision making through detailed analysis and reporting, providing insights that support strategic reward decisions.
• Update C&B policies and draft communications for employees and the Works Council.
🔹 Advisory Support
• Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day performance management, compensation and benefits inquiries.
Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in Compensation & Benefits ✔️ Strong numerical and analytical skills, with solid Excel proficiency ✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment ✔️ High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information ✔️ Fluency in Dutch and English
