D365 Local Transformation Project Manager
Project Info
- Role: Local Lead Project Manager
- Mission: Bridge the European pilot team and the new US/Canada entities to lead a "greenfield" D365 F&O rollout.
- Timeline: April/May 2026 – February 2027 (US Launch: Sept 2026, followed by Canada).
- Tech Stack: D365 F&O (Core Model), Shopify/Amazon E-commerce, and CRM.
- Location: New York - Hybrid
- Contract: Freelance Fulltime renewable contract
Responsibilities
- Deployment: Coordinate the D365 F&O rollout (US/Canada) and manage e-commerce/CRM integrations.
- Team Building: Drive the implementation while simultaneously helping build the local operational team.
- Governance: Manage UAT, issue tracking, and localization; provide high-level reporting to French and US leadership.
- Liaison: Act as the primary contact between the Global Pilot team and local stakeholders.
- Support: Assist users on the existing CRM during the transition phase.
Requirements
- Seniority: Extensive experience in greenfield deployments and building teams during a rollout.
- Systems: Strong knowledge of D365 F&O is a significant plus; experience with E-commerce (Amazon/Shopify) is preferred.
- Communication: Fluent English is mandatory
- Leadership: Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage complex, cross-border project roadmaps.
- Logistics: Based in/near New York with minimal travel (primarily local/remote).
