(Senior) Data & AI Strategy Consultant

I’m partnering with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy that helps leading organisations turn data and AI into measurable business outcomes. They work directly with senior leadership teams to define strategies, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver real-world implementation across modern data and AI initiatives.

The Role

You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution — helping organisations understand where data and AI can create impact and how to successfully bring these ideas into production.

You’ll partner with clients to discover and prioritise AI and data-driven opportunities, create transformation roadmaps, and support the design of scalable operating models, governance structures, and implementation plans.

Working alongside engineering, analytics, and AI specialists, you’ll bridge the gap between strategic decision-making and technical delivery — ensuring solutions are both commercially valuable and practically achievable.

You’ll also lead workshops, build business cases, prepare executive-level materials, and advise senior stakeholders throughout their transformation journeys.

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience across management consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, AI initiatives, or technology advisory
• Strong understanding of how modern data platforms, analytics, and AI solutions can solve business challenges
• Experience translating complex technical topics into clear strategic recommendations
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and manage client relationships
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problems
• Academic background in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills (additional European languages beneficial)
