Configuration & Change Manager (ServiceNow + ITIL)

We’re looking for a highly experienced Configuration & Change Manager with a rare blend of ITIL process expertise and hands‑on ServiceNow functional/implementation skills. This role is ideal for someone who can design practical, effective processes and translate them into real, workable ServiceNow configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change and configuration management across a fast‑moving ITSM environment
  • Design ITIL‑aligned processes that work operationally (not just Visio diagrams)
  • Translate process requirements into feasible ServiceNow workflows and configurations
  • Coordinate with multiple teams during ongoing support and service‑desk transitions
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and integration tasks across distributed stakeholders
  • Ensure governance, controls, documentation, and reporting are consistently maintained
  • Drive continuous improvement across ITSM processes and ServiceNow usage

Required Experience

  • Strong ITIL background with deep practical understanding of change/configuration
  • Hands‑on ServiceNow functional/implementation experience
  • Ability to assess feasibility, effort, and complexity of ServiceNow process builds
  • Proven experience in complex, multi‑vendor ITSM environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive accountability across teams
