Solution Architect SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

Locations: Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Rostock, or Stuttgart 
Working Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week) 
Travel: Moderate project-related travel 
Languages: Fluent German and very good English required 

The Role
 
As a Solution Architect within the Digital HR team, you will advise clients on their journey to the cloud and support the digital transformation of HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. 
You will take ownership of solution architecture across all project phases, helping clients design and implement modern, integrated HR technology landscapes. 

Working closely with specialists across SAP and related technologies, you will create scalable and innovative solutions that support long-term business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Architecture & Consulting 

• Design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architectures 
• Advise clients on HR cloud transformation strategies and HR IT roadmaps 
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions 
• Conduct architecture and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders 

Project Delivery 

• Support SAP SuccessFactors projects from planning and design through implementation, go-live, and postproduction support 
• Ensure successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors within broader HR ecosystems 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR solutions 

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Present solution concepts and system demonstrations to clients 
• Support proposal development, customer presentations, and pre-sales activities 
• Act as a trusted advisor for HR technology and digital transformation topics 

Innovation 

• Stay up to date with developments across the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem 
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential business value 

Required Experience 

• Strong knowledge across the SAP SuccessFactors suite and module interdependencies 
• Several years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise HR system design 
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP technologies 
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) 
• Understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services 
• Interest in adjacent identity and access management technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with SAP ERP HCM or SAP HCM for S/4HANA 
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations 
• Experience with hybrid SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes 
• Exposure to SAP Work Zone

Salary: Indicative salary range: €85,000 – €100,000 gross per annum 

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, professional experience, and level of responsibility associated with the role.
